Common use of Freedom to transact Clause in Contracts

Freedom to transact. Each Paying Agent may purchase, hold and dispose of Securities, Coupons and Talons and may enter into any transaction (including, without limitation, any depository, trust or agency transaction) with the Issuer, the Guarantor, any Holders of Securities, Coupons or Talons or with any other person in the same manner as if it had not been appointed as the agent of the Issuer and the Guarantor in relation to the Securities.

Each Paying Agent may purchase, hold and dispose of Securities, Notes and Coupons and Talons and may enter into any transaction (including, without limitation, any depository, trust or agency transaction) with the Issuer, the Guarantor, any Holders holders of Securities, Notes or Coupons or Talons or with any other person in the same manner as if it had not been appointed as the agent of the Issuer and the Guarantor in relation to the SecuritiesNotes.
