Common use of French Language Services Clause in Contracts

French Language Services. If the Hospital is required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the French Language Services Act, the Hospital will submit a French language services report to the Funder annually. If the Hospital is not required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the French Language Service Act, the Hospital will provide a report to the Funder annually that outlines how the Hospital addresses the needs of its Francophone community.
