Fringe Benefit Insurance. 11 16.2.1 There is no provision for the District to provide compensation for medical and 12 vision benefits. 13 16.2.2 The cost of dental and life insurance will be negotiated on an annual basis. 14 16.2.2.1 For part-time employees, who are qualified and are enrolled in 15 the districts dental and/or life insurance programs, the District shall pay 16 the carrier a fractional amount equal to the fraction of hours worked to 17 full-time employment, only if the part-time employee contributes by 18 payroll deduction an amount equal to the balance. 19 16.2.3 Change in marital status and/or eligible dependents shall be reported to the Human 20 Resources Office on the appropriate forms in a timely manner. Fringe Benefit Insurance. 4 16.3.1 Effective July 1, 2008, the maximum District monthly contribution to the medical 5 benefits for qualified designated hourly unit members is $565.65, in accordance with 6 Appendices G-2 and H-2, respectively, and as referenced in Articles 16.3.2 and 16.3.3. 7 16.3.2 Unit members hired prior to July 1, 1995, working at least 270 hours during the regular school 8 year are eligible to participate in the fringe-benefit program offered under Appendix G-1. 9 Participating employees must pay their premiums in advance through payroll deduction, 10 including benefits for summer months. 11 16.3.3 Effective July 1, 1995, fringe benefits will be determined based on the concept of 100% 12 benefits per 1.00 FTE to be prorated for unit members working less than full-time (30 hours 13 per week.) Current designated hourly employees will continue to receive benefits according to 14 the schedule in effect on June 30, 1994 until their employment is terminated or they are no 15 longer Home and Hospital of Independent Study employees. Designated hourly employees 16 who begin their service after June 30, 1995 will receive benefits based on the new schedule. 17 16.3.4 Home and Hospital and Independent Study teachers qualify for insurance benefits based on 18 their FTE.

  • Unemployment Insurance Unemployment Insurance coverage will be provided during the life of this Agreement for regular and auxiliary employees who would, if employed by a private employer, be eligible for such coverage under the provisions of the Unemployment Insurance Act.

  • Retirement, Welfare and Fringe Benefits During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs, and fringe benefit plans and programs, made available by the Company to the Company’s employees generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.

  • Health & Welfare Benefits Executive shall be eligible to participate in all health and welfare benefits provided generally to other employees of the Company.

  • Employee Benefit Programs During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs made available to the Company’s senior level executives.

  • Health and Welfare Benefit Plans During the Employment Period, Executive and Executive’s immediate family shall be entitled to participate in such health and welfare benefit plans as the Employer shall maintain from time to time for the benefit of senior executive officers of the Employer and their families, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in such plan. Nothing in this Section shall limit the Employer’s right to change or modify or terminate any benefit plan or program as it sees fit from time to time in the normal course of business so long as it does so for all senior executives of the Employer.

  • Employment Insurance ‌ Employment insurance coverage will be provided during the life of this agreement for regular and auxiliary employees who would, if employed by a private employer, be eligible for such coverage under the provisions of the Employment Insurance Act.

  • EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PROGRAM (i) During the TERM, the EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to participate in all formally established employee benefit, bonus, pension and profit-sharing plans and similar programs that are maintained by the EMPLOYERS from time to time, including programs in respect of group health, disability or life insurance, reimbursement of membership fees in civic, social and professional organizations and all employee benefit plans or programs hereafter adopted in writing by the Boards of Directors of the EMPLOYERS, for which senior management personnel are eligible, including any employee stock ownership plan, stock option plan or other stock benefit plan (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "BENEFIT PLANS"). Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, the EMPLOYERS may discontinue or terminate at any time any such BENEFIT PLANS, now existing or hereafter adopted, to the extent permitted by the terms of such plans and shall not be required to compensate the EMPLOYEE for such discontinuance or termination. (ii) After the expiration of the TERM or the termination of the employment of the employee for any reason other than JUST CAUSE (as defined hereinafter), the EMPLOYERS shall provide a group health insurance program in which the EMPLOYEE and her spouse will be eligible to participate and which shall provide substantially the same benefits as are available to retired employees of the EMPLOYERS on the date of this AGREEMENT until both the EMPLOYEE and her spouse become 65 years of age; provided, however that all premiums for such program shall be paid equally by the EMPLOYERS and the EMPLOYEE and/or her spouse after the EMPLOYEE's retirement; provided further, however, that the EMPLOYEE may only participate in such program for as long as the EMPLOYERS elect in their sole discretion to make available an employee group health insurance program which permits the EMPLOYERS to make coverage available for retirees.

  • WORKERS' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.

  • Sick Leave Benefit Plan The Sick Leave Benefit Plan will provide sick leave days and short term disability days for reasons of personal illness, personal injury, including personal medical appointments and personal dental appointments.

  • Fringe Benefit The benefits provided by this Agreement are granted by the Employer as a fringe benefit to the Executive and are not a part of any salary reduction plan or any arrangement deferring a bonus or a salary increase. The Executive has no option to take any current payments or bonus in lieu of the benefits provided by this Agreement.
