Fuel and Lubricants. The Hirer must use oils and engine fuels that are specified in the manufacturer’s recommendations. The Plant fuel tank will be filled at the commencement of the hire period and must be returned with a full tank, otherwise a refueling fee will apply.

Fuel and Lubricants. All lubricating oils and engine fuel used by the Hirer on or for the Equipment must be in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

All oil reservoirs must be full on return on the Equipment. One separate statement (preferably computerized) shall be submitted every month on the details of POL supplied, consumed, balance along with other details on repair and maintenance along with monthly R.A. bill.
Fuel and Lubricants. Service Provider shall arrange for lubricant services, fueling, and all other consumables of the Aircraft and shall use its reasonable best efforts to obtain the most favorable fuel prices.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to airplane, train, bus, and taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the method of and necessity for travel. Transportation will be accomplished and reimbursed in accordance with the best interest of the State. An employee who chooses and is approved to use an alternate method of transportation will be reimbursed only for the method that reflects the best interest of the State.
