Fuel and Lubricants. The Hirer must use oils and engine fuels that are specified in the manufacturer’s recommendations. The Plant fuel tank will be filled at the commencement of the hire period and must be returned with a full tank, otherwise a refueling fee will apply.
Fuel and Lubricants. All lubricating oils and engine fuel used by the Hirer on or for the Equipment must be in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

All oil reservoirs must be full on return on the Equipment. The Equipment fuel tank will be full at the commencement of the Period of Hireand shall be returned full, otherwise the Customer will be invoiced for the difference.
Fuel and Lubricants. C 14.1 All aircraft fuel, lubricants and hydraulic fluids to be used by the aircraft during the Contract period shall be supplied and disposed of by the Contractor. The Contractor must comply with all EPA regulations.

Charterer shall accept and pay for all fuel and lubricants in storage tanks on board at the time of the Vessel's delivery hereunder and, correspondingly, Owner shall accept and pay for all such fuel and lubricants in storage tanks left on board at the time of redelivery. Each shall pay for fuel and lubricants in storage tanks at the last invoiced price paid therefor.
Fuel and Lubricants. Fuel (HSD) and lubricants of standard quality for Main Engine, Auxiliary Engine, Generator Engine, Gear Box and Hydraulic Oil etc. shall be arranged to be taken/stored on board at regular intervals by the contractor. The replenishments shall be so arranged that it does not affect the normal operation of the vessels. Only the appropriate grade/quality of fuel and lubricants shall be used. All costs of fuel, lubricants and consumables are to be borne by the contractor. IWAI at its discretion may send the sample of POL for testing. All costs of POL, consumable and laboratory fees for POL testing are to be borne by the contractor. The log book and details of POL supplied, etc. are to be maintained for verification. One separate statement (preferably computerized) shall be submitted every month on the details of POL supplied, consumed, balance along with other details on repair and maintenance along with monthly R.A. bill.
Fuel and Lubricants. Service Provider shall arrange for lubricant services, fueling, and all other consumables of the Aircraft and shall use its reasonable best efforts to obtain the most favorable fuel prices.
