Fuel Surcharges. Subject to LTL (billed less than 10,000 lbs) and TL (billed at 10,000 lbs or greater) fuel surcharges.

Fuel Surcharges. When the average gasoline price exceeds $5.00 per gallon, the mileage rate will be increased by calculating 30% of the price of gasoline that exceeds $5.00 and adding it to the base mileage rate. Thus, if the price of gasoline, according to the gasoline price index, is $5.20, the increase would be 30% of 20 cents, or 6 cents. Fuel Surcharges. The freight carriers utilized by Accuride Aftermarket often impose fuel surcharges as a method of offsetting escalating fuel costs. Accuride Aftermarket reserves the right to impose a separate “fuel surcharge” line item on each invoice to offset this added expense.
Fuel Surcharges. (1) Fuel surcharges are generally not included in the fares unless otherwise specified. Payment of fuel surcharges is required depending on the transportation partners and the scheduled departure date.
(2) In situations where the is an increase in the fuel surcharge by the transportation partners after the Customer has completed purchase(s), the Company will request for additional payment from the Customer; and on occasions where there is a decrease in fuel surcharge by the transportation partners, the Company will promptly refund deductible amount from the decrease.
(3) Cancellations made by the Customer due to the additional payment of the increased fuel surcharge are subject to the Company’s cancellation fee.
Fuel Surcharges. In the event that the underlying carrier(s) of HA Logistics announce and start assessing emergency fuel surcharges, such fuel surcharges will be in addition to the charges outlined in this Agreement. The fuel surcharge will be assessed in accordance with the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit E and made a part of this agreement and shall only remain in effect for the time that the underlying carrier(s) have such surcharge(s) in effect.
Fuel Surcharges. (a) The Company will endeavour to negotiate fuel surcharges for all customers.
(b) Fuel surcharges will be calculated and implemented as per past practice.
