Full and Complete Understanding. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. There is no other oral understanding, agreement, warranty or representation whether express or implied in any way extending, defining or otherwise relating to the provisions of this Agreement or binding on the parties with respect to any of the matters to which this Agreement relates.
