Full Health Care Coverage. The Board agrees to provide for each supervisor no less than identical insurance coverage provided for all other teaching professionals. All members will participate in the PPO as presently offered by the Phillipsburg Board of Education.

Full Health Care Coverage. The Board shall provide Health and Dental Care Insurance Protection for employees and their dependents to age 23 equivalent to or better than the insurance benefits existing during the 1989-1990 school year.
