Full Health Care Coverage. The Board agrees to provide for each supervisor no less than identical insurance coverage provided for all other teaching professionals. All members will participate in the PPO as presently offered by the Phillipsburg Board of Education.
Full Health Care Coverage. The Board shall provide Health and Dental Care Insurance Protection for employees and their dependents to age 23 equivalent to or better than the insurance benefits existing during the 1989-1990 school year.
Full Health Care Coverage. The Board shall provide full health, dental and prescription plan insurance coverage for all full-time employees and in cases where appropriate, for family plan insurance coverage during the contract period. The Association agrees to be subject to the provisions of NJ Senate xxxx S-3 Public Law 2010, Chapter 2 for as long as it remains in effect. For the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 school year, UCVTEA agrees to the freeze in the 4 tier dollar amount towards health insurance premiums. Should the district change carriers and the percentage amount of the premium become less than the dollar amount both parties agree to open negotiations and adjust payment to the lower of the two payment schedules.
Full Health Care Coverage. The Board shall provide the healthcare insurance protection designated below. Employees shall be afforded Parent/ Child(ren) PPO for the first two calendar years of employment and full family coverage at the beginning of their third calendar year of employment.
Full Health Care Coverage. As of the beginning of each school year, the Board shall provide health care insurance protection covered by the New Jersey Health Benefits Program, and shall pay the full plan for each full-time employee, and family plan where appropriate, subject to the provisions of said program. New employees, as of July 1, 1997, who work more than 25 hours per week will, for the first year, receive single health coverage paid for by the Board. The second year the employee will be able to add one family member to the health coverage, paid for by the Board. The third year the employee will receive full family coverage, paid for by the Board. Part-time employees of the Board of Education are entitled to pro-rated benefits under the sick, personal and bereavement leave provisions of the contract. Health benefit entitlements are subject to the regulations of the State Health Benefits Plan.
Full Health Care Coverage. The Board shall provide the health care insurance protection as designated below. The Board shall pay the full premium for each teacher and, in cases where appropriate, 100% family plan insurance coverage.
Full Health Care Coverage. The Board shall provide health, medical, dental and prescription coverage for each unit member who is eligible under the same terms and conditions as provided for under the teacher's contract which shall be set forth at length as part of this contract.

The Board shall pay the full cost less any employee contribution as mandated by P.L. 2011, Chapter 78 for employee elected health coverage through the NJ Public and School Employee Health Program. Association members will maintain the right to individually select coverage from all plans offered by the NJ Public and School Employees Health Care Program.
Full Health Care Coverage. 1. The Board shall provide at its expense, hospitalization, surgical, major medical benefits and the prescription plan from the N.J. Direct 15 State Employees Health Benefits Plan (SEHBP) to all its newly-contracted teachers, who work twenty (20) hours or more, and their dependents. A teacher may elect to pay the difference in cost to the BOE for upgrading to the NJ Direct 10 plan or an HMO plan through the New Jersey State Health Benefits Program.
