Funding and Amount of Increase. 18 The amount of funding available for each fiscal year shall be one-quarter of one 19 percent (.25%) of the budgeted base for all positions allocated to this bargaining unit as calculated 20 by the Budget Manager from the Adopted Fiscal Budget, except that Fiscal Year July 1, 2007 21 through June 30, 2008 funding will be zero. If there is a balance left over at the end of the fiscal 22 year, it will be carried over into the following year.

See Appendix L for details related to the boundaries of the above-mentioned metropolitan areas. The metropolitan areas also include any location outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Employees who meet the eligibility requirements for two (2) or more consecutive meals shall be reimbursed for the actual costs of the meals up to the combined maximum reimbursement amount for the eligible meals.
