Funding Awards. Pursuant to section 215.971, F.S., if funding is provided to the Grantee under this Agreement pursuant to Attachment A.2 β Funding Statement of Work, the following applies: a. The Grantee may only expend funding under this Agreement for allowable costs resulting from obligations incurred during the performance period. b. The Grantee shall refund to the Department any balance of unobligated funds that was advanced or paid to the Grantee. c. The Grantee shall refund to the Department all funds paid in excess of the amount to which the Grantee or its subrecipients are entitled under the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
