Funding; Expenses. A. Apportionment - Concurrently enrolled high school students shall receive college credit for all college classes offered by the SDCCD. SDCCD shall claim all attendance of concurrently enrolled high school students in college classes for state funding. SDUSD will ensure that all students granted permission by the high school principal and parent to attend a college class while concurrently enrolled in high school are not claimed for Average Daily Attendance (ADA) in accordance with state regulations.

Funding; Expenses. (a) Within [***] of receipt of invoice from Isis in the form provided as APPENDIX 7, but not sooner than the Effective Date, OMI will pay Isis $[***] to reimburse Isis for the [***]. In addition, OMI will reimburse Isis for any [***] (such reimbursements to be added to and paid for under the invoice under Section 3.5.2(b) below).
Funding; Expenses. (a) Within 10 Business Days following the Effective Date and thereafter within 10 Business Days following the [***] of each Calendar Quarter, BMS will pay Isis [***] for the BMS-funded Isis FTEs assigned to the Research Program in accordance with Section 3.5.1 for such Calendar Quarter (a prorated amount shall be payable for any portion of a Calendar Quarter). Such FTE payment obligation of BMS will be subject to Isis providing such qualified FTE scientists. No later than 60 days following the end of each Calendar Quarter, Isis will provide BMS with a report of the number of FTEs assigned to the Research Program with a summary of their activities. Any overpayment by BMS may be applied by BMS to the funding of Isis FTEs in a subsequent Calendar Quarter. If the activities contemplated by the Research Plan at any time do not justify the number of Isis FTEs allocated to the Research Program, the Parties will work in good faith to mutually agree to modify the scope of the Research Plan or adjust the number of BMS-funded FTEs, provided that the minimum number of BMS-funded FTEs shall not be less than the minimum numbers set forth in Section 3.5.1 without the written agreement of both Parties.
Funding; Expenses. Therma-Wave will fund the development work undertaken pursuant to this Agreement, provided that Applied will bear its own expenses incurred in connection with its activities supporting the development work.

  • Closing Expenses Seller shall pay for the preparation of the Special Warranty Deed, such deed to substantially conform to the provisions of the deed attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated by this reference herein. Seller shall provide and pay for all other documents necessary to perform Seller's obligations under this Contract, its attorney’s fees and for the "Grantor’s Tax". Buyer shall pay for (a) recording the Deed and for preparation and recording of all instruments required to secure the balance of the Purchase Price unpaid at Closing, (b) all recordation and transfer taxes, other than the "Grantor's Tax," (c) its attorney’s fees, (d) all costs of a title examination, a title report, a title commitment and one or more title insurance policies, and (e) all other Closing costs, including without limitation, fees to the Settlement Agent.

  • Breakfunding Costs Upon demand of any Lender (with a copy to Administrative Agent) from time to time, Borrower shall promptly compensate such Lender for and hold such Lender harmless from any loss, cost or expense incurred by it as a result of:

  • Loan Expenses Borrower agrees to pay all of the Loan Expenses. Any Loan Expenses paid by Lender shall bear interest commencing on the date demand for repayment thereof is made by Lender until repaid to Lender at the Default Rate and shall be paid by Borrower upon demand, or may be paid by Lender at any time by disbursement of proceeds of the Loan. Any Loan Expenses paid by Lender shall be reimbursed to Lender by Borrower regardless of whether there shall be any disbursements of the Loan.

  • Marketing Expenses Certain marketing expenses, such as Selected Dealer conferences, may be advanced to Selected Dealer and later deducted from the portion of the Dealer Manager Fee re-allowed to that Selected Dealer. If the offering of Shares in a Feeder Fund is not consummated, Selected Dealer will repay any such advance to the extent not previously expended on marketing expenses. Any such advance shall be deducted from the maximum amount of the Dealer Manager Fee that may otherwise be re-allowable to Selected Dealer. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, as to any Feeder Fund, Selected Dealer will not be entitled to receive any Dealer Manager Fee and/or Distribution and Shareholder Servicing Fee which would cause the aggregate amount of selling commissions, dealer manager fees, Distribution and Shareholder Servicing Fees and other forms of underwriting compensation (as defined in accordance with applicable FINRA rules) received by the Dealer Manager and all Selected Dealers to exceed 10.0% of the gross proceeds raised from the sale of Shares in the Feeder Fund’s primary offering.

  • Additional Expenses The Underwriter will pay all expenses (e.g., shipping, postage and courier costs) associated with the delivery of the Prospectus to prospective investors and investors, other than the costs of delivery to the Underwriter's facilities, provided, that if courier services (other than overnight delivery services utilized in the ordinary course of business) are required to ensure that the Prospectus is delivered to investors on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date, the Company will pay such courier expenses.   • Moving Expenses Reimbursements and procedures will be in accordance with the Department of Administrative Services, Chief Human Resource Office Policy 40.055.10, and its successors. Changes in this policy will be automatically incorporated into this contract Article.

  • Operating Expense Payments Landlord shall deliver to Tenant a written estimate of Operating Expenses for each calendar year during the Term (the “Annual Estimate”), which may be revised by Landlord from time to time during such calendar year. During each month of the Term, on the same date that Base Rent is due, Tenant shall pay Landlord an amount equal to 1/12th of Tenant’s Share of the Annual Estimate. Payments for any fractional calendar month shall be prorated.
