If the Lessee is required to pay additional amounts to or for the account of any Participant pursuant to Sections 13.4, 14.1 to 14.3 or Section 14.5, to the extent applicable, then such Participant will agree to use reasonable efforts to reduce or eliminate any claim for compensation thereunder, including, without limitation, to change the jurisdiction of its Applicable Lending Office so as to eliminate or reduce any such additional payment which may thereafter accrue if such change, in the sole judgment of such Participant, is not otherwise disadvantageous to such Participant.
Funding Office. The Administrative Agent hereby designates the office of (a) Xxxxx Fargo located at the address set forth in Section 13.1.2 as the Funding Office with respect to any Dollar Revolving Loan and Swingline Loan and (b) Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, London Branch, 0 Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0X 0XX, Attention of Ms. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, (Telecopy No. 011 44 207 929 4645) or Mr. Xxx Xxxx, (Telecopy No. 011 44 207 929 4645), as the Funding Office with respect to any Foreign Currency Loan, in each case, to which payments due are to be made and at which Loans will be disbursed. The Administrative Agent shall ensure that its accounts at each Funding Office are not located in a country which is qualified as a Non-Cooperative Jurisdiction.

Xxxx Xxxxxx, (Telecopy No. (000) 000-0000) as the Funding Office with respect to any Foreign Currency Loan denominated in Canadian Dollars and made to a Subsidiary Borrower that is incorporated or otherwise organized under the laws of Canada or any political subdivision thereof.
