Common use of Funding Review Clause in Contracts

Funding Review. 1.1 Welsh Government shall review the implementation of BES Funding on a periodic basis ("Funding Review"), at frequencies to be determined by Welsh Ministers at their sole discretion. 1.2 It is acknowledged that BES Funding has been provided on a discretionary basis by Welsh Government and that Welsh Government shall therefore be entitled to apply its own criteria to determine whether to continue the provision of BES 2 Funding, but such criteria may include: 1.2.1 Performance of the Bus Emergency Scheme (including this Agreement) against the available Funding in meeting the Priorities; and
