FUNDS FROM OTHER SOURCES. If Provider does enter into agreements for financial assistance with other sources, the agreement with other sources shall not impair the fulfillment of Provider’s obligations of this Agreement. Provider shall give due preference on a priority basis to residents of Dundee Township Illinois who apply for Services covered by this Agreement. Notwithstanding any terms to the contrary, funds obtained through this Agreement shall not be used as a match for any other grant without the express written authorization of the Mental Health Board.
