Common use of Funeral Leaves Clause in Contracts

Funeral Leaves. A. Death in the family shall be a separate item. At the time of death, three (3) days shall be allowed as follows: Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Husband, Wife, Son, Daughter, Grandparents, Grandchildren, Father-in-law, Mother-in-law, Step-parents, Step-children, and other family members permanently living in the household. These days may be used at a later date only to attend the funeral or memorial service.
