Fungi or Spores. See exclusion III. 2. of this form.
Fungi or Spores i. Any actual, alleged or threatened inhalation of, ingestion of, contact with, exposure to, existence of, presence of, spread of, reproduction, discharge or other growth of any “fungi” or “spores” however caused, including any costs or expenses incurred to prevent, respond to, test for, monitor, xxxxx, mitigate, remove, clean up, contain, remediate, treat, detoxify, neutralize, assess or otherwise deal with or dispose of “fungi” or “spores”;
ii. any supervision, instructions, recommendations, warnings or advice given or which should have been given in connection with II. 3. g. i.; or
iii. any obligation to pay “compensatory damages”, share “compensatory damages” with or repay someone else who must pay “compensatory damages” because of II. 3. g. i. or ii. Exclusions II. 3. g. i., ii. and iii. apply regardless of any other contributing or aggravating cause or event that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to such “compensatory damages”.
Fungi or Spores. 2.1. Bodily injury, property damage or personal injury or any other cost, loss or expense incurred by others, arising directly or indirectly from the actual, alleged or threatened inhalation of, ingestion of, contact with, exposure to, existence of, presence of, spread of, reproduction, discharge or other growth of any fungi or spores however caused, including any costs or expenses incurred to prevent, respond to, test for, monitor, xxxxx, mitigate, remove, cleanup, contain, remediate, treat, detoxify, neutralize, assess or otherwise deal with or dispose of fungi or spores;
2.2. Any supervision, instructions, recommendations, warnings, or advice given or which should have been given in connection with 2.1. above; or
2.3. Any obligation to pay damages, share damages with or repay someone else who must pay damages because of such injury or damage referred to in 2.1. or 2.2. above. This exclusion applies regardless of any other contributing or aggravating cause or event that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to the bodily injury, property damage or personal injury. For the purpose of the following exception:
Fungi or Spores a. “Bodily or mental injury”, “property damage” or “personal and advertising injury” or any other cost, loss or expense incurred by others, arising directly or indirectly from the actual, alleged or threatened inhalation of, ingestion of, contact with, exposure to, existence of, presence of, spread of, reproduction, discharge or other growth of any “fungi” or “spores” however caused, including any costs or expenses incurred to prevent, respond to, test for, monitor, xxxxx, mitigate, remove, clean up, contain, remediate, treat, detoxify, neutralize, assess or otherwise deal with or dispose of “fungi” or “spores”.
b. Any supervision, instructions, recommendations, warnings or advice given or which should have been given in connection with III.
Fungi or Spores a. Any actual or alleged liability for inhalation of, ingestion of, contact with, exposure to, existence of, presence of, spread of, reproduction, discharge or other growth of any “fungi” or “spores” however caused, including any costs or expenses incurred to prevent, respond to, test for, monitor, xxxxx, mitigate, remove, clean up, contain, remediate, treat, detoxify, neutralize, assess or otherwise deal with or dispose of “fungi” or “spores”;
b. any loss, cost or expense arising from any supervision, instructions, recommendations, warnings or advice given or which should have been given in connection with III. 5. a.; or
c. any obligation to pay “damages”, share “damages” with or repay someone else who must pay “damages” because of III. 5. a. or b. Exclusions III. 5. a., b. and c. apply regardless of any other contributing or aggravating cause or event that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to “damages”.
Fungi or Spores. (a) Bodily injury", "property damage", "personal injury" or Medical Payments or any other cost, loss or expense incurred by others, arising directly or indirectly, from the actual, alleged or threatened inhalation of, ingestion of, contact with, exposure to, existence of, presence of, spread of, reproduction, discharge or other growth of any "fungi" or "spore(s)" however caused, including any costs or expenses incurred to prevent, respond to, test for, monitor, xxxxx, mitigate, remove, cleanup, contain, remediate, treat, detoxify, neutralize, assess or otherwise deal with or dispose of "fungi" or "spore(s)"; or
(b) Any supervision, instructions, recommendations, warnings, or advice given or which should have been given in connection with (a) above; or
(c) Any obligation to pay damages, share damages with or repay someone else who must pay damages because of such injury or damage referred to in (a) or (b) above. This exclusion applies regardless of the cause of the loss or damage, other causes of the injury, damage, expense or costs or whether other causes acted concurrently or in any sequence to produce the injury, damage, expenses or costs. This exclusion shall not apply to "bodily injury" or "property damage" which results directly from a "products-completed operations hazard" not otherwise excluded by this policy subject to the following limits: Each Occurrence: $250,000 Fungi Liability Aggregate Limit: $250,000 This endorsement does not apply to any “fungi” or “spores” that are, are on, or are contained in “The Named Insured’s product”, if “The Named Insured’s product” is intended for ingestion by humans or animals and is included in the “products-completed operations hazard”. For the purpose of this exclusion, the following definitions are added:
(a) Fungi" includes, but is not limited to, any form or type of mould, yeast, mushroom or mildew whether or not allergenic, pathogenic or toxigenic, and any substance, vapour or gas produced by, emitted from or arising out of any "fungi" or "spore(s)" or resultant mycotoxins, allergens, or pathogens.
(b) Spore(s)" includes, but is not limited to, any reproductive particle or microscopic fragment produced by, emitted from or arising out of any "fungi".

b. Any supervision, instructions, recommendations, warnings, or advice given or which should have been given in connection with a. above; or
c. Any obligation to pay damages, share damages with or repay someone else who must pay damages because of such injury or damage referred to in a. or b. above. This exclusion applies regardless of any other contributing or aggravating cause or event that con- tributes concurrently or in any sequence to the "bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury".
Fungi or Spores a. Bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" or any other cost, loss or expense incurred by others, arising directly or indirectly from the actual, alleged or threatened inhalation of, ingestion of, contact with, exposure to, existence of, presence of, spread of, reproduction, discharge or other growth of any "fungi" or "spores" however
b. Any supervision, instructions, recommendations, warnings, or advice given or which should have been given in connection with Paragraph a. above; or
c. Any obligation to pay, share with or repay someone else who must pay "compensatory damages" or loss, cost or expense because of such injury or damage referred to in Paragraph a. or b. above. This exclusion applies regardless of any other contributing or aggravating cause or event that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to the "bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury". Solely for the purpose of the following exception;
Fungi or Spores a. “Bodily injury”, “property damage” or “personal injury” or any other cost, loss or expense incurred by others, arising directly or
b. any supervision, instructions, recommendations, warnings, or advice given or which should have been given in connection with a. above; or
c. any obligation to pay damages, share damages with or repay someone else who must pay damages because of such injury or damage referred to in a. or b. above. This exclusion applies regardless of any other contributing or aggravating cause or event that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to the “bodily injury”, “property damage” or “personal injury”. For the purpose of the following exception:
Fungi or Spores i. Loss or damage consisting of or caused directly or indirectly, by any “fungi” or “spores”. This exclusion does not apply:
(a) if the “fungi” or “spores” are directly caused by a peril not otherwise excluded in this form; or
(b) to loss or damage caused directly by a resultant peril not otherwise excluded in this form.
ii. the cost or expense for any testing, monitoring, evaluating or assessing of “fungi” or “spores”.
