Common use of furnish to Lessor Clause in Contracts

furnish to Lessor. (i) 45 days after the last day of each fiscal quarter, the consolidated unaudited financial statements of Lessee (comprising a balance sheet and profit and loss statement) prepared for the most recent previous month or fiscal quarter, certified by Lessee's chief financial officer as being true and correct;

furnish to Lessor. (i) 45 days after the last day of each fiscal quarter, the consolidated unaudited financial statements of Lessee (comprising a balance sheet and profit and loss statement) prepared for the most recent previous month or fiscal quarter, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or if Lessee is not a reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, such statements shall be certified by Lessee's chief financial officer as being true and correct;

furnish to Lessor. (i) 45 as soon as available but not in any event later than 90 days after the last day of each fiscal quarterquarter of Lessee, the consolidated unaudited financial statements of Lessee as soon as they are available (and comprising a balance sheet and sheet, a profit and loss statementstatement and a statement of cash flows) prepared for the most recent previous month or fiscal quarter, financial quarter certified by Lessee's chief a duly authorized financial officer of Lessee as being true and correct, each prepared in accordance with GAAP;

furnish to Lessor. (i) 45 60 days after the last day of each fiscal quarter, the consolidated unaudited financial statements of Lessee (comprising a balance sheet and profit and loss statement) prepared for the most recent previous month or fiscal quarter, certified by Lessee's chief financial officer as being true and correct;
