Furnished Equipment Sample Clauses

The Furnished Equipment clause defines the equipment or items that one party provides to the other under the terms of the agreement. It typically specifies what equipment is included, the condition in which it must be delivered, and the responsibilities for maintenance, repair, or replacement during the contract period. For example, in a service contract, the provider may supply specialized tools or machinery necessary for the work. This clause ensures both parties are clear about what equipment is being supplied, who is responsible for its care, and helps prevent disputes over ownership or condition at the end of the agreement.
