FURNISHINGS AND FACILITIES. The University will choose and provide furnishings for each facility including a stove and refrigerator for apartments. The Individual Guest may not deface any part of my apartment/room including, for example, altering or replacing door locks, making electrical or structural alterations, the use of nails, screws, or any material that defaces surfaces, construction in the building and any painting. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries will provide any material, non-public information to the Purchaser unless the Purchaser signs a confidentiality agreement and otherwise complies with Regulation FD, under the federal securities laws.

  • Working Facilities During the Term of Employment, the Company shall furnish the Executive with an office, secretarial help and such other facilities and services suitable to his position and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder.
