Furniture & Equipment. All Club Furniture and equipment used by the Renter must be returned to original area at the conclusion of the rental or as designated by NFC management (tables and chairs to be stored in designated areas). If Club Furniture was used outdoors, it must be returned inside the Clubhouse at the conclusion of the rental.
Furniture & Equipment. The Premises shall be delivered to Subtenant with all furniture and equipment listed on EXHIBIT G attached hereto, and telephone/data cabling currently located therein, and Subtenant shall have the exclusive use of said furniture, equipment and cabling for the duration of the Term at no additional charge. Sublandlord makes no representations or warranties that the existing furniture, equipment or cabling is sufficient for Subtenant's business purposes, and Subtenant accepts such furniture, equipment and cabling in its "as is" condition, except that Sublandlord shall be responsible for pulling the wiring from the centralized server room and dropping said wiring into a mutually agreeable location within the Demised Premises. Sublandlord shall not be responsible for any other costs or expenses in connection with any wiring or cabling work required by Subtenant. Sublandlord warrants that the low voltage cabling for phone and data connections from the Subtenant's data center to the existing offices, conference rooms and cubes shall be at least ninety five percent (95%) reusable once re-connected to a termination block in the Subtenant's data center by a qualified low voltage electrician. As long as Subtenant is not in default under this Sublease beyond the expiration of applicable grace, notice and cure periods, then all such furniture and equipment (excluding UPS, generator and mechanical equipment and cabling) shall automatically become Subtenant's property without any charge thereof at the expiration of this Sublease and Subtenant shall be required to remove the same at the expiration of this Sublease in accordance with the provisions of the Prime Lease. Sublandlord shall execute and deliver to Subtenant, upon its request therefor after the expiration of the Term, a xxxx of sale for said furniture and equipment in consideration of entering into this Sublease which xxxx of sale shall warrant that Sublandlord has good and marketable title to the furniture and equipment being transferred to Subtenant but shall contain no other representations or warranties.
Furniture & Equipment. Landlord shall leave the furniture, fixtures and equipment identified on Schedule 1 (collectively, the "FF&E"), at no cost to Tenant, for Tenant’s use in the Premises during the Term. To the extent permitted by the terms and provisions of the Prime Lease, and as mutually agreed between Tenant and Landlord, Landlord shall remove, at its sole cost and expense, any furniture and equipment in the Premises not identified on Schedule 1. All FF&E shall remain the property of the Landlord during the Term. To the extent permitted by the terms and provisions of the Prime Lease, Tenant shall have the option, at the end of the Term, to purchase the FF&E for ten and 00/100 dollars ($10.00). All FF&E not purchased by Tenant at the end of the Term, shall be returned at the end of the Term, normal wear and tear and damage by casualty excepted. In no event shall Tenant be responsible for any FF&E charges or fees incurred by Landlord under contracts entered into or on behalf of Landlord.
Furniture & Equipment. All furniture and equipment must be returned in the same condition it was found. Unless otherwise stated by the Curator / Administrator, the following furniture items are included with the rental at no additional cost: 15 rough wood folding rectangular tables (2’ x 6’) 12 wood picnic tables 100 folding chairs (black, plastic style) 1 stage (in three sections) 2 full-service indoor bathrooms 6 garbage bins 2 discrete fridges (note: there is no kitchen on site). Sound system (2x 1000-watt speakers with stands, one mic with stand) Projector and screen Tents (3 10x20 and 4 10x10); white Pavilion curtain walls (half with windows, half solid grey) Assorted benches Costumes / Props
Furniture & Equipment. 6.1. No electrical apparatus or fittings of any kind shall be attached to, or used in conjunction with the existing electrical switchgears or fittings without the permission of the CDFMO. If such electrical apparatus or fittings are necessary, the Licensee shall comply with the relevant authorities' requirement and install them at his own expense.
6.2. Over-amplification of sound by electronic devices that will cause annoyance to other users of the Premises is strictly prohibited.
6.3. The seating arrangements in the theatres of other function rooms may not be altered or removed without prior written approval of the CDFMO.
6.4. All passageways and means of exit shall be kept clear and no table or chair shall be placed at these places without the prior written approval of the CDFMO.
6.5. Any material, goods, equipment, etc. shall not be dragged in the Premises. For heavy loads, trolleys with rubber castors are to be used.
Furniture & Equipment. All NFC furniture and equipment used by the Renter must be returned to storage area at the conclusion of the rental or as designated by NFC management (tables and chairs to be stored in designated areas).
Furniture & Equipment. Subtenant may use any existing pantry appliances and security cameras within the Subleased Premises. Sublandlord makes no representation or warranty as to the condition of such appliances or cameras and has no obligations to maintain, repair or replace such items. Sublandlord will disconnect service to the cameras by the Commencement Date, and Subtenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall pay for any costs related to the cameras should Subtenant choose to utilize them.
Furniture & Equipment. The Landlord shall provide, at no additional charge to the Tenant, the following furniture and equipment for the Tenant's use on the premises: Check all that apply: Tables Folding Chairs Portable Bar Other: No warranty is made as to the suitability of any furniture or equipment provided hereunder and the Tenant assumes all risk of harm associated with the use of such furniture and equipment. The Tenant shall be responsible for all set-up and take-down of any furniture or equipment used by it hereunder, and acknowledges that its obligations relative to the use of the premises extends to the use of all furniture and equipment. Furniture & Equipment. Moving of furniture and re-arranging of pre-wired home electronic equipment is prohibited without special permission from owner. All furniture and equipment needs to be in its original location and in working condition.
