Further Advice and Assurances. All information that the Investor has provided to the Issuer (or its agents), including the information in this Agreement, is true, correct, and complete as of the date hereof, and the Investor agrees to notify the Issuer immediately if any representation, warranty, or information contained in this Agreement becomes untrue or incomplete at any time. The Investor agrees to provide such information and execute and deliver such documents regarding itself and all of its beneficial owners, as the Issuer may reasonably request from time to time to verify the accuracy of the Investor’s representations and warranties herein, establish the identity, tax residency, and citizenship of the Investor and the direct and indirect participants in its investment in the Issuer, to the extent applicable and/or comply with any law, order, rule, or regulation to which the Issuer may be subject, including compliance with anti-money laundering laws and regulations, or for any other reasonable purpose.

Further Advice and Assurances. All information which the Subscriber has provided to the REIT is correct and complete as of the date hereof, and the Subscriber agrees to notify the REIT immediately if any representation or warranty contained in this Subscription Agreement, including any information provided pursuant to the schedules hereto, becomes untrue prior to Closing. The Subscriber agrees to provide such information and execute and deliver such documents as the REIT may reasonably request to verify the accuracy of the Subscriber's representations and warranties herein or to comply with any law or regulation to which the REIT may be subject.

Further Advice and Assurances. All information that the Investor has provided to the Company is correct and complete as of the date hereof, and the Investor agrees to notify the Company immediately if any representation or warranty contained in this Subscription Agreement becomes untrue prior to the Company's acceptance of the Investor's subscription. The Investor agrees to provide such information and execute and deliver such documents as the Company may reasonably request to verify the accuracy of the Investor's representations and warranties herein or to comply with any law or regulation to which the Company may be subject. .

Further Advice and Assurances. All information which the Investor has provided to the Fund, including the information in the Investor Questionnaire, is true, correct and complete as of the date hereof, and the Investor agrees to notify the General Partner immediately if any representation or warranty contained in this Subscription Agreement or any of the information in the Investor Questionnaire, becomes untrue at any time. The Investor agrees to provide such information and execute and deliver such documents with respect to itself and its direct and indirect beneficial owners as the Fund or the General Partner may from time to time reasonably request to verify the accuracy of the Investor’s representations and warranties herein, to establish the identity of the Investor and the direct and indirect participants in its investment in Interests, to the extent applicable, to effect the transfer and admission referred to in the second sentence of paragraph 5 below and/or to comply with any law, rule or regulation to which any Entity, the General Partner and/or the Investment Advisor may be subject, including, without limitation, compliance with anti-money laundering laws and regulations or for any other reasonable purpose. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Investor shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to take all actions, including executing and delivering any additional instruments, agreements or documents, that are determined to be necessary, reasonably requested, advisable or desired to make each required regulatory filing and seek any regulatory approval required in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and in the Partnership Agreement and the transactions to be entered into by Armour, as promptly as possible following the request of the General Partner.

Further Advice and Assurances. The Investor agrees to notify the Company promptly if any representation or warranty contained in this Agreement, including the Investor Questionnaire, becomes untrue prior to the Investor’s investment in the Shares hereunder. The Investor agrees to provide such information and execute and deliver such documents as the Company may reasonably request to verify the accuracy of the Investor’s representations and warranties herein or to comply with any law or regulation to which the Company may be subject.

Further Advice and Assurances. All information which the Subscriber has provided to the Corporation is correct and complete as of the date hereof, and the Subscriber agrees to notify the Corporation immediately if any representation or warranty contained in this Subscription Agreement, including any information provided pursuant to the applicable Schedules hereto, becomes untrue prior to the applicable Closing. The Subscriber agrees to provide such information and execute and deliver such documents as the Corporation may reasonably request to verify the accuracy of the Subscriber's representations and warranties herein or to comply with any law or regulation to which the Corporation may be subject.

Further Advice and Assurances. All information which the Subscriber has provided to the Fund is true, correct and complete in all material respects as of the date hereof, and the Subscriber agrees to notify the Fund promptly upon becoming aware that any representation, warranty or information contained in this Subscription Agreement becomes untrue in any respect at any time. The Subscriber agrees to provide such information and execute and deliver such documents with respect to itself and its direct and indirect beneficial owners as the Fund may from time to time reasonably request to verify the accuracy of the Subscriber’s representations and warranties herein, establish the identity of the Subscriber and the direct and indirect participants in its investment in the Fund, to the extent applicable, to effect any transfer and admission and/or comply with any law, rule or regulation to which the Fund may be subject, including, without limitation, compliance with anti-money laundering laws and regulations or for any other reasonable purpose.
