Common use of Further Assurances; Compliance with Covenants Clause in Contracts

Further Assurances; Compliance with Covenants. At any time and from time to time, upon the request of the Lender, the Borrower shall execute, deliver and acknowledge or cause to be executed, delivered and acknowledged, such further documents and instruments and do such other acts and things as the Lender may reasonably request in order to fully effect the terms of this Loan Agreement, the Promissory Note, the Pledge Agreement, the other Loan Documents and any other agreements, instructions and documents delivered pursuant hereto or in connection with the Loan.
