Common use of Further Identification of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Further Identification of Collateral. Each Grantor shall, if so requested by the Administrative Agent, furnish to the Administrative Agent, as often as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request, statements and schedules further identifying and describing the Collateral and such other reports in connection with the Collateral as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request, all in reasonable detail.

Further Identification of Collateral. Each Grantor shallwill, if so reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent, furnish to the Administrative Agent, as often as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request, statements and schedules further identifying and describing the Collateral and such other reports in connection with the Collateral as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request, all in reasonable detail.

Each Such Grantor shallwill, if so requested by the Administrative Agent, furnish to the Administrative Agent, as often as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request, statements and schedules further identifying and describing the Collateral and such other reports in connection with the Collateral as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request, all in reasonable detaildetail (provided that, unless an Event of Default exists, such statements and schedules may not be requested more frequently than once per calendar year).
