Common use of Further Identification of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Further Identification of Collateral. Each Grantor shall, if so requested by the Administrative Agent, furnish to the Administrative Agent, as often as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request, statements and schedules further identifying and describing the Collateral and such other reports in connection with the Collateral as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request, all in reasonable detail.

Further Identification of Collateral. Each Grantor shallwill, if so requested by the Administrative Agent, furnish to the Administrative Agent, as often as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request, statements and schedules further identifying and describing the Collateral and such other reports in connection with the Collateral as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request, all in reasonable detail.

Further Identification of Collateral. Each Grantor shall, if so requested by the Administrative Agent, shall furnish to the Administrative Agent, as often as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request, from time to time statements and schedules further identifying and describing the Collateral and, subject to Section 4.9 hereof, Deposit Accounts, and such other reports in connection with the such Collateral and Deposit Accounts as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request, all in reasonable detail.
