Further Rules and Regulations. Tenant covenants that the rules and regulations hereinabove stipulated, and such other and further rules and regulations as Landlord may make and communicate to Tenant, being in its judgment needful for the reputation, safety, care or cleanliness of the Building and Premises, or the operation, maintenance or protection of the Building and its equipment, or the comfort of the tenants, shall be faithfully observed and performed by Tenant, and by its clerks, servants, agents, visitors and licensees. Landlord shall have the right to change said rules and to waive in writing, or otherwise, any or all of the said rules in respect of any one or more tenants, and Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the non-observance or violation of any of said rules and regulations by any other tenant or other person. The provisions of the rules and regulations shall not be deemed to limit any covenant or provision of this lease to be performed or fulfilled by Tenant.
Further Rules and Regulations. For the general benefit and welfare of the Building and the tenants therein, the Landlord may amend and supplement these rules and regulations and the same shall be binding on the Tenant. The rules and regulations, as from time to time amended, are not necessarily of uniform application, but may be waived in whole or in part in respect of other tenants without affecting either enforceability with respect to the Tenant and the Leased Premises, and may be waived in whole or in part with respect to the Leased Premises without waiving them as to future application to the Leased Premises, and the imposition of such Rules and Regulations shall not create or imply any obligation of the Landlord to enforce them or create any liability of the Landlord for their non-enforcement.
Further Rules and Regulations. Landlord reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations and to make any other and further rules and regulations for the Building that, from time-to-time in the reasonable judgment of Landlord, are required for the orderly and safe conduct of Building operations.
Further Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall comply with all further rules and regulations from time to time promulgated by Landlord, which Landlord in its sole discretion shall deem necessary in connection with the Premises and the Building including, without limitation, the installation of such fire extinguishers, water buckets and other safety equipment as Landlord may reasonably require. EXHIBIT D LANDLORD WORK Scope of Work and Outline Specifications September 19, 1995 AVAX TECHNOLOGIES, Inc. - Tenant Rodin Partners, L.P. - Landlord Landlord agrees, at its sole cost and expense and without charge to Tenant, to do the following work, all of which shall be of material, manufacture, design, capacity and finish selected by the Landlord as Standard of the Building. The following shall define the scope of work.

Xxxxxxxx Street, Vancouver, BC, Canada) (the “Holder”) (or at such other place as Holder shall designate in writing), in lawful money of the United States of America, the Principal Amount set forth above at such times and on such terms and conditions as are set forth herein.
