Future Periods. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Equifax shall be responsible and liable for all Taxes attributable to the Equifax Group that are imposed for any Post-Distribution Period and shall indemnify and hold harmless Certegy and any member of the Certegy Group from and against all such Taxes.
