Garage Door Opener. What is covered? What is not covered? Garage doors, counterbalance mechanisms (including cables, pulleys and springs), tracks, rollers, garage door opener remotes and wireless keypads. See also “Additional Exclusions”. What is the maximum amount We will pay for Covered Repairs?
Garage Door Opener. COVERED: All Mechanical & Electrical Components including Chain, Belts, Door Arm, Trolley, Control Board, Motor, Gear Assembly and Sensors. NOT COVERED: Cables, springs, handles, wheels, wheel track, track assembly, doors, hinges, remote transmitters, frequency interference, lights, or exterior mounted key pads.
Garage Door Opener. COVERED: Mechanical parts and components including drive chains or lead screws, motor, receiver board, relays, transmitters/remotes, switches, and obstruction sensors. Coverage is only for openers located in garages attached to the primary residential structure, or, if no attached garage, 1 detached garage used as primary garage not located more than 30 feet from the home. Coverage is for up to 3 units on a single unit property. NOT COVERED: Batteries. Damage caused by door malfunctions. Door assemblies (including, but not limited to, door panels, tracks, rollers, hinges, cables and springs). Frequency interference. Lights sending units. Touch or key pads. Reprogramming. Failure caused by improper installation. Counter balance mechanisms.
Garage Door Opener. This Agreement covers the following garage door opener components: (i) control board; (ii) motors; (iii) chains; (iv) belts; (v) gears;
Garage Door Opener. If an enclosed garage stall is rented, you will be provided with a garage door opener. The resident will be responsible for replacing garage remote batteries, if necessary. Garage door openers are required to be returned when vacated or a $50 fee will be charged.
