DOMICILIUM CITANDI ET EXECUTANDI 37.1 The Parties and the Participants choose as their domicilia citandi et executandi for all purposes under this Trust Deed, whether in respect of court process, notices or other documents or communications of whatsoever nature, the following addresses and fax numbers and email addresses –

37.1.2 Each Participant: the address, telefax number and email address (if any) notified by the Participant to the Company or the Trustees in writing from time to time.
37.2 Any notice or communication required or permitted to be given in terms of this Trust Deed shall be valid and effective only if in writing and, unless otherwise provided by the Trustees, it shall be competent to give notice by telefax and e-mail.
37.3 Any of the parties may by notice to the other parties change the physical address chosen as its domicilium citandi et executandi vis-à-vis that party to another physical address in South Africa or its telefax number, provided that the change shall become effective vis-à-vis that addressee on the fourth business day from the deemed receipt of the notice by the addressee.
37.4 Any notice to a party –
37.4.1 sent by prepaid registered post (by airmail if appropriate) in a correctly addressed envelope to it at its domicilium citandi et executandi shall be deemed to have been received on the 10th (tenth) business day after posting (unless the contrary is proved);
37.4.2 delivered by hand to a responsible person during ordinary business hours at its domicilium citandi et executandi shall be deemed to have been received on the day of delivery; or
37.4.3 sent by telefax or email to its chosen telefax number or email address referred to in clause 37.1.1, shall be deemed to have been received on the date of dispatch (unless the contrary is proved).
37.5 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained a written notice or communication actually received by a party shall be an adequate written notice or communication to it notwithstanding that it was not sent to or delivered at its chosen domicilium citandi et executandi.

XxxXxxxx Principles - Northern Ireland The provisions of San Francisco Administrative Code §12F are incorporated herein by this reference and made part of this Agreement. By signing this Agreement, Contractor confirms that Contractor has read and understood that the City urges companies doing business in Northern Ireland to resolve employment inequities and to abide by the XxxXxxxx Principles, and urges San Francisco companies to do business with corporations that abide by the XxxXxxxx Principles.
VOETSTOOTS The PROPERTY is sold:
8.1. Voetstoots in accordance with the Sectional Plan and the participation quota endorsed thereon with the opening of the Sectional Title Register, or as they are endorsed already, and any amendments or adjustments thereto from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Act and without any warranties express or implied, the SELLER shall not be liable for any patent or latent defects. Should the extent of the Section or of the PROPERTY differ from that which is contained in the title deed or sectional plan or any amendment thereto, the SELLER shall not be liable for any shortfall or be entitled to any compensation for any surplus.
8.2. Subject to all the conditions and Regulations of the Act.
8.3. The PURCHASER acknowledges that this is not a construction contract and that he is purchasing a completed unit. The PURCHASER shall not have the right to interfere in any way with the building operations of the SELLER’S employees. He shall also have no right to retention. This Clause is also applicable in the case of the bank holding back any retention amount out of its own accord or on request of the PURCHASER.
8.4. The SELLER undertakes to erect the unit according to the general building standards as set by Financial Institutions. The unit is be registered with the NHBRC.
8.5. Should a dispute arise or be declared, such dispute shall be resolved by an Arbitrator appointed by the Developer. The costs in respect thereof shall be borne by the unsuccessful party. Pending the outcome of the dispute, the PURCHASER shall be obliged to pay the outstanding amount to the Conveyancers who shall hold it in trust.

La responsabilité totale d’Apple envers vous au titre de tout dommage (en dehors de ce que la législation pourrait exiger dans les cas impliquant une blessure) n’excédera en aucun cas la somme de cinquante dollars (50 $). Les limitations susdites s’appliqueront même si le recours indiqué ci-dessus fait défaut à sa vocation essentielle.
