Garbage Removal. All garbage must be properly bagged and left in the garbage dumpster outside the Shul.

Garbage Removal. Tenant agrees to our garbage removal service we provide, at the option of the landlord, to ensure all garbage is taken to the curb on trash day or straight to the dumpster provided on the property. The cost of this service is $5.00 per bag/receptacle billed weekly. Tenant will not be assessed these charges if all garbage and\or recycling has been properly placed in the dumpster and/or brought to the curb by 7:00 a.m. on trash day.
Garbage Removal. Garbage and recycling disposal containers are available in each college housing facility in a designated Trash/Recycling area. Students must make sure that all garbage is put in clear, sealed plastic bags and disposed of properly. All trash bags must be clear plastic; no other bags are permitted for refuse. Students are required to utilize recycling bins for recyclable materials. Students who do not recycle and sort their trash properly will be billed according to the policy outlined in the Student Handbook.

Please identify any specialized waste removal needed for your event, including debris from themed décor set-ups (trees, plants, bark-mulch, etc.) or because of event activities (food sampling, nonreusable crates/wrapping, etc.). Additional costs may be charged to LICENSEE for the removal of excessive trash, pallets, and other materials after the event. KITSAP COUNTY PARKS is committed to sustainability and provide recycling areas within the exhibit halls for all exhibitors to use. In addition, there are specialized recycling containers with designated labels throughout the facility to meet your event waste needs. We encourage you to recycle! INFLATABLE STRUCTURES: Please discuss with the COUNTY; additional insurance may be required. KEYS: Depending on the event, and the facility being rented, building and/or gate keys may be checked out to the LICENSEE. All keys given out must be returned immediately after the ending date of event. Lost keys are subject to a $100.00 per key charge.

Bagged garbage may be placed near the pedestal at your RV spot between the hours of 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM each day. An employee of SOUTHERN GAP OUTDOOR ADVENTURE will come around and collect the bagged garbage. If garbage is generated after the 11:00 AM pick-up time, Guest shall be responsible for disposing of the excess garbage. Guest may use the dumpster located at SOUTHERN GAP OUTDOOR ADVENTURE rental office to dispose of excess garbage without any charge. Guest acknowledges that leaving garbage outside the designated container(s) may attract unwanted animals.

Used linen and towels: All used linen must be removed from beds and piled in wash room. Any wet towels must be hung for drying or if dry, piled in wash room. Please start first load of dirty laundry upon departure.

If the garbage generated during Guest's stay exceeds the amount that will fit in these containers, Guest shall be responsible for disposing of the excess garbage. Guest may use the dumpster located at MOUNTAIN TOP CABIN RENTALS, LLC's rental office to dispose excess garbage without any charge. Guest acknowledges that leaving garbage outside the designated container(s) may attract unwanted animals. In the event Guest leaves garbage outside of the designated containers, and any clean-up is necessary, Guest shall be assessed a minimum clean-up fee of $50.00. In the event the outdoor container(s) are filled upon Guest's arrival, Guest shall contact MOUNTAIN TOP CABIN RENTALS, LLC immediately.
