Gas Delivery Pressure. Gas from Customer’s Inventory shall be delivered at to the Delivery Point at the pressure necessary for the Gas to enter the system of the appropriate pipeline pressure; Downstream Pipeline but no greater than the maximum lawful operating pressure of the Downstream Pipeline, provided, however, that such pressure shall not be at least required to be less than 1000 psig but and shall not be required to exceed be greater than 1440 psig and at a maximum pressure temperature of 1200 psignot less than 40° Fahrenheit.
