Gas Delivery Pressure. Gas from Customer’s Inventory shall be delivered to the Delivery Point at the pressure necessary for the Gas to enter the system of the appropriate Downstream Pipeline but no greater than the maximum lawful operating pressure of the Downstream Pipeline, provided, however, that such pressure shall not be required to be less than 1000 psig and shall not be required to be greater than 1440 psig and at a temperature of not less than 40° Fahrenheit.
