Common use of Gas Delivery Pressure Clause in Contracts

Gas Delivery Pressure. Customer’s Inventory shall be delivered at the Delivery Point at the appropriate pipeline pressure; provided, however, that such pressure shall be at least 1000 psig but shall not be required to exceed a maximum pressure of 1200 psig.

Gas Delivery Pressure. Gas from Customer’s Inventory shall be delivered at to the Delivery Point at the pressure necessary for the Gas to enter the system of the appropriate pipeline pressure; Downstream Pipeline but no greater than the maximum lawful operating pressure of the Downstream Pipeline, provided, however, that such pressure shall not be at least required to be less than 1000 psig but and shall not be required to exceed be greater than 1440 psig and at a maximum pressure temperature of 1200 psignot less than 40° Fahrenheit.
