GAS POWERED ITEMS. Occupant shall not use the space for storage of any gasoline or other fuel oil, grease, or any other lubricant, tires, or batteries, or any other accessories except for such gas, oil, grease, or other lubricant as may be contained in the operating parts of the items stored in the space and in such case shall store the item with no more than one quarter (1/4) tank of gas and a drip pan or absorbent pad designed to absorb petroleum products under the stored item to retain any leaking fluids and no propane may be stored in the premises including canisters. A Vehicle Storage Addendum must be completed and executed by Operator for any titled vehicle stored in the space. Occupant must be notified of the date a first advertisement is run. Occupant shall also be liable to Operator for cleaning and shall not live or sleep in the space or facility, nor shall animals be permitted to be stored in the premises.

  • Sub-projects 1. The Participating Bank shall make Sub-loans to Beneficiaries and appraise, review, approve, and supervise Sub-projects in accordance with the criteria, conditions and procedures set forth in the Operations Manual, including, inter alia, the following eligibility criteria:

  • Operations Logs Seller shall maintain a complete and accurate log of all material operations and maintenance information on a daily basis. Such log shall include, but not be limited to, information on power production, fuel consumption, efficiency, availability, maintenance performed, outages, results of inspections, manufacturer recommended services, replacements, electrical characteristics of the generators, control settings or adjustments of equipment and protective devices.   • Fuel 28.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 including GST per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Environmental Attributes Seller acknowledges and agrees that any Environmental Attribute associated with or related to the Product will not be sold or otherwise made available to a third party but will be sold to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Product sold hereunder must meet the definition of “renewable energy credit” under the IPA Act.

  • Variance Power All funds established at the Foundation are subject to the Foundation’s “variance power”, required by Treasury Regulations for the Foundation and its donors to enjoy the more favorable income tax treatment of a community foundation as opposed to the less favorable income tax treatment of a private foundation. Treasury Regulations Section 170A-9(e)(11)(v)(B)(1) specifically states that the governing body of a community foundation must have the power “to modify any restriction or condition on the distributions of funds for any specified charitable purpose or to specified organizations if, in the sole judgment of the governing body (without the necessity of approval by any participating trustee, custodian or agent), such restriction becomes, in effect, unnecessary, incapable of fulfillment, or inconsistent with the charitable needs of the community or area served”.

  • All-Requirements Power Supply The service under which the Competitive Supplier provides all of the electrical energy, capacity, reserves, and ancillary services, transmission services, transmission and distribution losses, congestion management, and other such services or products necessary to provide firm power supply to Participating Consumers at the Point of Delivery.
