Common use of Gas Vendor Information Clause in Contracts

Gas Vendor Information. 5.3.1 The Gas Distributor shall not use or disclose any Gas Vendor information except in accordance with this Agreement or the Rule. Where the Gas Distributor requires the consent of the Gas Vendor to disclose Gas Vendor information, the Gas Distributor shall request such consent in writing, and shall provide the specific reason(s) for the request. 5.3.2 The Gas Vendor shall consent to the disclosure by the Gas Distributor of Gas Vendor information to a person (including an affiliate) providing services to or on behalf of the Gas Distributor in respect of the Gas Distributor’s obligations under this Agreement, provided that the Gas Distributor has confirmed in a manner satisfactory to the Gas Vendor that such service provider is bound to comply with this Agreement and all Applicable Laws in relation to its use of Gas Vendor information.
