Gathering Fee. As defined on Exhibit G. Gathering System. The gathering system described on Exhibit B, together with any additional System Segments constructed after the Effective Date, as such gathering system is expanded after the Effective Date, including, in each case, to the extent now in existence or constructed or installed in the future, Saltwater gathering pipelines, Receipt Point facilities, Measurement Facilities, rights of way, fee parcels, surface rights and permits, and all appurtenant facilities.
Gathering Fee. As defined on Exhibit H.
Gathering Fee. The gathering fee ("Gathering Fee") for Gathering Services shall be $0.45 per Mcf, plus actual fuel and shrinkage, for Owner's quantity of gas as measured at the Measurement Points(s).
Gathering Fee. Subject to the other terms and conditions herein, Gatherer shall charge and Shipper shall pay a fee for the Gathering, compression, dehydration, Treatment, and redelivery of Gas hereunder a fee (the “Gathering Fee”) equal to [***] per MMBtu of Shipper Gas or Undedicated Shipper Gas delivered to Gatherer by Shipper.

Gathering Fee. For all of Shipper’s Gas received by Gatherer at the Receipt Points, Shipper will pay Gatherer the Gathering Fee set forth in Exhibit 1.43 multiplied by the Receipt Point Volume.

For all of Shipper’s Gas received by Gatherer at the Receipt Points, initially, Shipper will pay Gatherer the Gathering Fee for the applicable System set forth in Exhibit 1.32 multiplied by the Receipt Point Volume. The Gathering Fee will escalate effective January 1 of each year in proportion to the average percentage change (the “Inflation Factor”) for the twelve (12) month period ending June 30 of the preceding calendar year, using the column titled “Annual Average”, or its equivalent, in the Consumer Price Index - All Urban Consumers as published by the United States Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics (“CPI Index”). In no event will the adjustment result in a decrease of the Gathering Fee. In the event the CPI Index ceases to be published without a designated replacement index, the Gatherer will select an alternative index reasonably similar to the CPI Index.
Gathering Fee. In consideration for the gathering services provided by Processor, Producer agrees to pay to Processor a gathering fee of ** per MMBtu as measured at the Receipt Point.

Gathering Fee. Each month during the Term, Shipper shall pay to Gatherer an amount (the “Gathering Fee”) equal to the product obtained by multiplying (a) all volumes of Dedicated Gas, in MMBtu, delivered by Shipper to Gatherer at the Receipt Points, less all volumes of Dedicated Gas delivered to the Reinjection Points during the relevant month, by (b) the Gathering Rate for such month.
