CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS This section sets forth the terms and conditions of the Contract.
Standard Terms and Conditions Executive expressly understands and acknowledges that the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto are incorporated herein by reference, deemed a part of this Agreement and are binding and enforceable provisions of this Agreement. References to “this Agreement” or the use of the term “hereof” shall refer to this Agreement and the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto, taken as a whole.

Agreement Terms and Conditions 2.01 This Agreement is for a space in the JCU housing system, and covers the entire academic year (both Fall and Spring semesters), or any portion of the academic year remaining at the time this Agreement is signed. Residence in JCU residence halls requires participation in JCU’s residential dining program.
