Common use of General Description of Credit Clause in Contracts

General Description of Credit. Upon reaching his first eligibility date with the Company and during each succeeding year, an employee subject to this Agreement shall be credited with a certain number of hours of credit for the purposes of this Article 11, based upon hours worked during his first year of service and each succeeding year, such credit to be earned and used as designated in this Article 11.
