Common use of General Developments Clause in Contracts

General Developments. In the event that Company (alone or jointly with others) develops any Intellectual Property in the course of performing the Services (“General Developments”), Company shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to the General Developments and all Intellectual Property Rights therein. Customer hereby assigns and agrees to assign to Company all right, title and interest in and to the General Developments and all Intellectual Property Rights therein.
