C. Recovery Equipment Rating: The basic performance rating of the recovery equipment is the weight the equipment can lift in a winching mode, when the boom is static at a 30- degree elevation with the load lines vertical and the lifting cables sharing the load equally, measured with a live load (weight or load cell). 1. The recovery equipment shall have a higher load capacity than the performance ratings. 2. Winches shall conform to or exceed the specifications set forth by the Recovery Equipment Rating Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Handbook, SAE J706. 3. All ratings for wire rope and chain assemblies are for the undamaged assembly condition. All wire rope and chain assemblies should be the same type, construction, and rating as specified by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the equipment. D. Control/Safety Labels: All controls shall be clearly marked to indicate proper operation, as well as any special warnings or cautions.

B. The tow truck must meet all applicable state and/or federal standards and shall be equipped as required in the California Vehicle Code. This includes, but is not limited to California Vehicle Code sections 615, 24605, 25100, 27700, and 27907. C. Each tow truck shall be equipped with a minimum of one broom, one shovel, and two covered buckets. Each bucket shall have a minimum capacity of three gallons. One bucket will contain at least three gallons of absorbent material (such as sand or similar material in keeping with E.P.A. guidelines) capable of soaking fluids, and the second one to be used for placement of debris and other materials cleaned from an incident site. All State and Federal E.P.A. Guidelines shall be followed.
GENERAL EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS. 1.1. This unit must be the most current advertised production model as modified per specifications and approved by MnDOT furnished with all standard equipment advertised whether or not specifically called for here except where the item is replaced by optional over standard equipment or conflicting equipment is specified. 1.2. The unit must be complete with all equipment required and ready for immediate operation to function as listed below. 1.3. The unit must meet applicable federal and State codes and standards and be able to pass a CVI Inspection. 1.4. There must be at least one set of parts and operator manuals included with each piece of equipment, in paper or digital versions. 1.5. The Contractor must offer price for an additional set of parts, service, repair and operations manuals on pricing pages. 1.6. The Contractor shall be responsible for the cost of any inspections, adjustments, parts, labor, travel, pickup and/or delivery charges that are a result of equipment failure(s) during the warranty period. This must be performed immediately without any delay. 1.7. The warranty shall commence when the unit is put into service. 1.8. The Contractor must state warranty for all items offered on the equipment’s description page. 1.9. Manufacturer's standard color is acceptable. 1.10. Paint must be lead free paint.

  • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • The Specifications The Specifications are that portion of the Contract Documents consisting of the written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards and workmanship for the Work, and performance of related services.

  • Packing Specifications 7.3.1 A pack will contain a minimum of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.

  • Quality Specifications SANMINA-SCI shall comply with the quality specifications set forth in its Quality Manual, incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which is available from SANMINA-SCI upon request.
