Common use of General License Clause in Contracts

General License. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement (including the payment of applicable License fees and compliance with the License restrictions set forth in Section 3 below), Devolutions hereby grants You a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license (the “License”) allowing Your Users: (i) to install, reproduce and use the Software for Your internal business purposes; (ii) to download, save, print, copy and use the Documentation solely as a support to the use of the Software; and (iii) to make a copy of the Software for archival, emergency back-up or recovery purposes only. You acknowledge that the Software is licensed and not sold, and that You receive no title to, or ownership of, the Software itself.

You acknowledge that the Software is licensed and not sold, and that You receive no title to, or ownership of, the Software itself.

Subject to your subscription to a Client License, the payment of applicable license fees and your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in of this Agreement (including the payment of applicable License fees and compliance with the License restrictions set forth in Section 3 below)Agreement, Devolutions hereby grants You a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable limited and non-transferable revocable license (the “License”) allowing Your you and End Users: (i) to install, reproduce access and use the Software during the term of your Subscription Term for Your internal business purposesthe purpose of making remote desktop connections between Client Computers and Managed Computers; (ii) to download, save, print, copy and use the Documentation solely as a support to the use of the Software; and (iii) to make a copy of the Software for archival, emergency back-up or recovery purposes onlypurposes. You acknowledge that the Software is licensed and not sold, and that You you or End Users receive no title to, or ownership of, the Software itself.
