General Non-Solicitation. Executive agrees that, during the Restricted Period, Executive shall not solicit, divert or take away, or attempt to divert or take away, the business or patronage of any of the clients, customers or accounts, or prospective clients, customers or accounts, of the Company which were contacted, solicited or served by him while employed by the Company.
General Non-Solicitation. I agree that while I am engaged as an Associate of the Company and for a period of one (1) year after termination or cessation of such engagement for any reason, I shall not solicit, divert or take away, or attempt to divert or take away, the business or patronage of any of the clients, customers or accounts, or prospective clients, customers or accounts, of the Company or its Affiliates which were contacted, solicited or served by me while I was engaged as an Associate of the Company or any Affiliate.
General Non-Solicitation. The Executive agrees that during the period of the Executive’s employment by the Company and for a period of 12 months after termination or cessation of such employment for any reason (the “Restricted Period”), the Executive shall not solicit, divert or take away, or attempt to divert or take away, the business or patronage of any of the (i) clients, customers or accounts of the Company, or (ii) prospective clients, customers or accounts of the Company which (in the case of (ii) only) were contacted, solicited or served by the Executive while employed by the Company. Furthermore, notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive agrees that in the event that, during the Restricted Period, the Executive’s has breached the Executive’s fiduciary duty of loyalty to the Company, then the Restricted Period shall be extended for an additional twelve (12)-month period.
General Non-Solicitation. I agree that during my employment with the Company and for a period of twelve months after the termination or cessation of such employment for any reason, I shall not solicit, divert or take away, or attempt to divert or take away, the business or patronage of any of the clients, customers or accounts, or prospective clients, customers or accounts, of the Company which were contacted, solicited or served by me while employed by the Company. The Company agrees that I may approach existing clients or customers with respect to technology unrelated to the Company’s Business as defined in Section 5(a) above.
General Non-Solicitation. Consultant agrees that during his engagement with the Company and for a period of two (2) years after the termination or cessation of such engagement for any reason, Consultant shall not solicit, divert or take away, or attempt to divert or take away, the business or patronage of any of the clients, customers or accounts, or prospective clients, customers or accounts, of the Company which were contacted, solicited or served by him while engaged by the Company; provided, that the scope of this provision shall be limited to the business of developing or selling products or services in the Field of Interest.
General Non-Solicitation. Consultant also agrees that, during the term of his engagement by the Company and during the Restricted Period, Consultant will not without the express prior written approval of the Board of Directors of the Company (i) directly or indirectly, in one or a series of transactions, recruit, solicit or otherwise induce or influence any proprietor, partner, stockholder, lender, director, officer, employee, sales agent, joint venturer, investor, licensor, licensee, lessor, supplier, customer, agent, representative or any other person that has a business relationship with the Company to discontinue, reduce or modify such employment, agency or business relationship with the Company, or (ii) employ or seek to employ or cause any competitive business to employ or seek to employ any person or agent who is then (or was at any time within six (6) months prior to the date the Consultant or the competitive business employs or seeks to employ such person) employed or retained by the Company.
General Non-Solicitation. I agree that during my employment with the Company and for a period of twenty-four (24) months after the termination or cessation of such employment for any reason, I shall not solicit, divert or take away, or attempt to divert or take away, the business or patronage of any of the clients, customers or accounts, or prospective clients, customers or accounts, of the Company or its Affiliates which were contacted, solicited or served by me while employed by the Company or any Affiliate. For the purposes of this Agreement, “clients, customers or accounts” shall include any persons for which the Company or an Affiliate has provided services during the twenty-four month period immediately preceding the date on which the determination of “client, customer or account” status is being determined, if such determination is being made during my employment or the twenty-four month period ending on my last day of employment if the determination is being made after my last pay of employment. This twenty-four-month look-back period is referred to as the “24-month reference period”. For the purposes of this Agreement, prospective clients, customers or accounts shall include any persons which the Company or an Affiliate has specifically identified as potential clients, customers or accounts in any of its business plans, account lists, or proposals, adopted or otherwise utilized during the 24-month reference period, which business plans, account lists and proposals shall have been made available to me.
General Non-Solicitation. During the Term and for one (1) year following the termination of this Agreement (other than a termination by Management Company pursuant to Section 7.2 for which this section shall not apply), Management Company agrees not to directly or indirectly through a Covered Person solicit, divert or accept business from any customer, supplier, distributor or manufacturer of or to the Community to the detriment of Tenant or any Affiliate of Tenant, or otherwise interfere with the relationship between Tenant or any Affiliate of Tenant in connection with the Community and any customer, supplier, distributor or manufacturer of or to Tenant or any Affiliate of Tenant to the detriment of Tenant or any Affiliate of Tenant in connection with the Community. The provisions of this Section 8.3(g), however, shall not apply following any termination of this Agreement arising out of Section 7.2 or Section 7.5.
General Non-Solicitation. The Employee agrees that during the Employee’s employment with the Company and for a period of two (2) years after the termination or cessation of such employment for any reason, the Employee shall not, whether on Employee’s behalf or on the behalf of any other person or entity, (i) solicit, divert or take away, or attempt to divert or take away, (directly or indirectly), the business or patronage of any of the clients, customers or accounts, or prospective clients, customers or accounts, of the Company that Employee worked on or supported, or about which Employee obtained, received or was provided access to Confidential Information; or (ii) encourage any client, customer or account, or prospective clients, customers or accounts of the Company to cease doing business with the Company or to terminate or limit an existing relationship or arrangement with the Company. Non-solicitation of Employees The Employee agrees that during the Employee’s employment and for a period of two (2) years after the termination or cessation of my employment for any reason, the Employee shall not directly or indirectly recruit or solicit any employee of the Company, or induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Company to discontinue his or her employment relationship with the Company.

I agree that while I am employed by the Company and during the Non-Interference Period, I shall not solicit, divert or take away, or attempt to divert or take away, the business or patronage of any of the clients, customers or accounts, of the Company which were contacted, solicited or served by me or others at the Company while I was employed by the Company.
