Common use of General Non-Solicitation Clause in Contracts

General Non-Solicitation. Executive agrees that, during the Restricted Period, Executive shall not solicit, divert or take away, or attempt to divert or take away, the business or patronage of any of the clients, customers or accounts, or prospective clients, customers or accounts, of the Company which were contacted, solicited or served by him while employed by the Company.

General Non-Solicitation. Executive agrees that, that during the Restricted Period, Executive shall not solicit, divert or take away, or attempt to divert or take away, the business or patronage of any of the clients, customers or accounts, or prospective clients, customers or accounts, of the Company which were contacted, solicited or served by him while employed by the Company; provided, however, that Executive may solicit business from such customers and prospective customers if it is not related to the Field of Interest.

This Section 12 shall not apply for so long as Executive resides, or primarily provides the services to the Company, in the State of California.
