General Partner Provisions. In signing this Agreement, the General Partner is not only signing in the capacity of General Partner and on behalf of the Partnership, but for sections 2.01(b), 2.20, and 3.20 is signing in its own capacity and is making the representations that relate to it that are contained in the first two such sections and agrees to be bound by the provisions contained in the latter section.
