General Plan Amendment. The County shall prepare an amendment to its General Plan adding a policy that describes the County’s goal of reducing those greenhouse gas emissions reasonably attributable to the County’s discretionary land use decisions and the County’s internal government operations, and calls for adoption of a Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reduction Plan. For the purposes of this Agreement, Greenhouse Gases shall be defined per section 38505 of California Health and Safety Code Division 25.5, California Health and Safety Code Division 25.5, the California Global Warming Solutions Act (“AB 32”) to include all of the following: carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, hydro-fluorocarbons, per-fluorocarbons and sulfur hexafluoride. The Parties recognize that amendment of the General Plan is a discretionary act and that nothing in this Agreement limits, in any manner, the County’s exercise of its police power under the California Constitution.
General Plan Amendment. On , 2017, following Planning Board review and recommendation, and after a duly noticed public hearing, the City Council, by Ordinance No. , made findings that the Project was consistent with the City’s General Plan (the "General Plan") as amended to allow for buildings over 60 feet in height.
General Plan Amendment. Following review and recommendation by the Planning Commission and after a duly noticed public hearing and certification of the EIR, the City Council, by Resolution , approved amendments to the Newark General Plan (the “General Plan Amendment”).
General Plan Amendment. On November 13, 2018, following Planning Commission review and recommendation, and after a duly-noticed public hearing, the City Council, by Resolution No. 2018-132, approved a general plan amendment that changes the designation of a portion of the Project Site from Urban Reserve to Residential Low Density, Agricultural Buffer, Public Open Space, and Public/Institutional (the “GPA”). The Specific Plan serves as a master planned development permit for the Project; the Specific Plan addresses all information requirements of Vacaville Municipal Code Chapter 14.09.111 except for the architectural review of the individual Neighborhoods.
General Plan Amendment. The City intends to complete pre-zoning, pre- annexation, and any necessary pre-general plan amendment activities prior to or concurrent with an annexation proposal being processed by LAFCO. The County intends to complete any necessary amendments to its General Plan in the Xxxxxxx River Area Plan to reflect the annexation of territory to the City of Paso Xxxxxx.

General Plan Amendment. APPROVE a General Plan Amendment (Exhibit “1”) to move the Urban Policy Area (UPA) boundary east to include approximately 2,366.3 acres of the Xxxxxxx Hills site.
General Plan Amendment. APPROVE a General Plan Amendment (Exhibit “2”) to amend the Land Use Diagram from General Agriculture to Low Density Residential, Medium Density Residential, Commercial and Office, Recreation, Natural Preserve, and Public/Quasi Public for approximately 2,366.3 acres.
General Plan Amendment. APPROVE a General Plan Amendment (Exhibit “3”) to include a new policy in the Land Use Element to address the provision of limited public water service to serve uses potentially allowed by the Xxxxxxx Hills Special Planning Area for 251 acres located in proximity to the Xxxxxx Landfill, and an Amendment to LU-1 to reference this exception.
General Plan Amendment. APPROVE a General Plan Amendment (Exhibit “4”) to amend the General Plan Transportation Plan to show new thoroughfares, arterials and collectors as shown in the Transportation General Plan Amendment Diagram dated October 24, 2011.
