General Principle. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each former employee of the KLX Group or the B/E Group as of the Distribution Date will be considered a former employee of the business as to which his or her duties were primarily related immediately prior to his or her termination of employment with all of KLX, B/E and their respective Affiliates.
