GENERAL PROVISIONS AND SERVICES Sample Clauses
The 'General Provisions and Services' clause defines the foundational terms and conditions that govern the overall relationship and obligations between the parties in a contract. It typically outlines the scope of services to be provided, the standards or expectations for performance, and any general rules that apply to the execution of the agreement, such as timelines, reporting requirements, or coordination procedures. By establishing these baseline terms, the clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of their respective roles and responsibilities, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings and disputes throughout the duration of the contract.
