Common use of General Qualifications Clause in Contracts

General Qualifications. Section A. The District agrees that neither it nor any of its representatives shall discriminate against any employee by reason of race, creed, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, political activities, or membership or participation in the activities of the Association or any other Union. Section B. The District will not aid, promote, or finance any group or organization which purports to engage in collective bargaining, or make any agreements with any such group or organization for the purpose of undermining the Association.
