General Requirements applicable to all Task Orders. Task Orders for construction management and inspection services may include, but are not limited to, Preconstruction Phase Tasks, Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF), US EPA’s Water Infrastructure Finance And Innovation Act (WIFIA) Compliance Tasks, Construction Phase Tasks, and Project Closeout Phase Tasks. Additionally, some task orders may be limited to a subset of the tasks outlined in the following sections, as described in the CITY’s Task Order for a specific Project.
