GENERAL SAVINGS CLAUSE. 21.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, nothing in this Contract is intended, and nothing herein should be interpreted or construed, to induce or require either Party hereto to act in any manner (including failing to take any actions in connection with a transaction) which is inconsistent with, penalized or prohibited under any laws of the United Kingdom which relate to foreign trade controls, export controls, embargoes or international boycotts of any type.
