General Scope of Services. Consultant promises and agrees to furnish to the City all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the services necessary for the Project ("Services"). The Services are more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. All Services shall be subject to, and performed in accordance with, this Agreement, the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

District equipment may include, but is not limited to, desktop computers, laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, smartphones, etc. Contractor will provide all necessary equipment to perform services. The Services shall be more particularly described in the individual Task Order issued by the City or its designee. No Services shall be performed unless authorized by a fully executed Task Order in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “B”. All Services shall be subject to, and performed in accordance with, this Agreement, each Task Order, the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

Consultant promises and agrees to furnish to LAFCO all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the necessary professional consultant services for the completion of the Municipal Services Review and Sphere of Influence Study of the Small to Medium Water Agencies in El Dorado County (“Services”) in a manner satisfactory to LAFCO and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations, and all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

With respect to any conflict between such Federal Requirements and the terms of this Agreement and/or the provisions of state law, the more stringent requirement shall control.

The Services are more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. All Services shall be subject to, and performed in accordance with, this Agreement, the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations. Exhibit “B” sets forth the deliverables under the scope of work which will be reviewed annually by the parties and updated by written mutual agreement.
