General Sick Leave Provisions. (1) An employee who is unable to report to work due to illness shall notify the Employer as soon as possible prior to the beginning of each shift.

General Sick Leave Provisions. The provisions hereinafter provided shall be automatically temporarily suspended any time ten percent (10%) or more members of the teachers report in sick coincidentally with a labor dispute involving Xxxxxx Harbor teachers. Teachers whose illness precedes the dispute will not be affected.
