GENERATIVE AI SERVICES. (a) SORACOM Flux is leveraging generative AI services (the “AI Services”). In using SORACOM Flux, the Subscriber shall comply with the obligations set forth by the providers of the AI Services (collectively, the “AI Providers”) in the terms and conditions for the AI services (such terms and conditions, the “AI Providers’ T&Cs”), and shall also be subject to the restrictions that should be imposed on end users therein. AI Providers’ T&Cs includes, but is not limited to, the following: (i) Azure OpenAI Service (by Microsoft) - Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement - Supplemental Terms of Use for Microsoft Azure Previews - Product Terms for Online Services - Product Terms for Microsoft Azure - Code of conduct for Azure OpenAI Services - Customer Copyright Commitment Required Mitigations (ii) Amazon Bedrock - Legal - AWS Responsible AI Policy (iii) Gemini (by Google) - Google APIs Terms of Service

GENERATIVE AI SERVICES. The Product may include connections (including application programming interfaces) to generative artificial intelligence services (the “Generative AI Services”), which are operated by third parties. For Customer to be able to use the Generative AI Services, Customer will have to log-in to the Generative AI Services, using its own credentials with each of these services. Customer acknowledges that the Generative AI Services are not provided by Xxxxxxx, but rather by third parties, and that the latter provide the Generative AI Services to Customer directly, and not as a subcontractor of Sisense. Accordingly, the provision of the Generative AI Services, as well as the processing of Personal Data that will be performed as part of them, will be subject to separate agreements between Customer and the third-party providers of the Generative AI Services. Sisense will not have any responsibility with respect to such services nor for the processing of Personal Data that will be performed as part of such Generative AI Services. Furthermore, the inclusion of a connection to the Generative AI Services in the Product is not an endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, or affiliation between Sisense and any of the Generative AI Services or their operators. Therefore, Customer hereby agrees that (i) its use of any Generative AI Services is at Customer’s sole risk, and under no circumstance will Customer hold Sisense liable for any losses or damages that Customer or any third party may incur as a result or in connection with use of the Generative AI Services; and (ii) Customer shall indemnify Sisense from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and any claim or threatened claim of third parties) incurred by Xxxxxxx that arise from Customer’s use of the Generative AI Services.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Diagnostic Services All necessary procedures to assist the dentist in evaluating the existing conditions to determine the required dental treatment, including: Oral examinations Consultations

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. In the event that Licensee retains Licensor to perform any services with respect to the Licensed Software (for example: installation, implementation, maintenance, consulting and/or training services), Licensee and Licensor agree that such services shall be subject to Licensor’s then current standard terms, conditions and rates for such services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Licensor.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary. b) Program Member acknowledges that the Program Services are services that are not covered services under any insurance contract to which Program Member may be a party, including, without limitation, Medicare, and are not reimbursable by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or any governmental entity, including Medicare. Program Member agrees to bear sole financial responsibility for the Member Amenities Fee and agrees not to submit to Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity any xxxx, invoice or claim for payment or reimbursement of such Member Amenities Fee. c) Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate will separately charge Program Member or Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity for medical, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic services rendered by Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate to Program Member, and Program Member may seek payment or reimbursement from Program Member’s insurer or health plan for any such service to the extent covered by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity. d) Program Member understands, agrees and covenants that this Agreement is a service contract, and not a contract for insurance.
