Geographic Boundaries. The Parties hereby designate the following territories of their respective countries as enclaves where merchandise may enter for purposes of export, without payment of duty or excise taxes, no matter what the country of origin of the merchandise. A. For the Government of Egypt: areas as designated by the Parties and as approved by the United States Trade Representative (USTR) and as specified in Annex A to this protocol. B. For the Government of Israel: An Area under Israeli Customs control within the boundaries of the land crossing border at Nitzana Crossing Point. On the basis of the respective national legislation of the Parties, the competent authorities of Israel and Egypt shall establish the necessary procedures for the purpose of assuring the speedy flow of goods into and out of these areas. The purpose of these procedures is to ensure the strict enforcement of the principles of duty and taxation pursuant to this protocol. In the case of the State of Israel, where factories located outside the zone shall contribute part of the 35 percent minimum content required by the legislation and proclamation, the Israeli customs authority shall ensure that inputs imported from abroad incorporated into goods shipped into the zone shall be exempt from duty.

Geographic Boundaries. DECA PREP will limit enrollment to students who reside within the geographic boundaries of the Dayton Public Schools. When seats remain open after June 1 of each year and all resident students who have completed the enrollment process have been enrolled, students outside the boundaries of the Dayton Public Schools may be enrolled tuition free. No transportation will be provided to these students. Siblings of students who were enrolled in the previous school year have preference.

Geographic Boundaries. There continues to be a compelling need for a highly structured college-preparatory middle school on the east side of Columbus. Students who attend CCA would have been most likely assigned to one of eight Columbus City middle school programs: Buckeye Middle School, Champion Middle School, Xxxxxxx Park Middle School, Xxxxxx-XxXxxxxx STEM 7–12, Xxxxxx Middle School, Sherwood Middle School, Xxxxxxxx Park Middle School, and Yorktown Middle School. Of these options, four are in Academic Emergency, two are in Academic Watch, and two are in Continuous Improvement. CCA accepts all grade-level-eligible students from within Columbus’s geographic boundaries; however, we target our enrollment strategies toward students in low-income communities on the east side of Columbus. Students from these areas, particularly those students who live in the Near East Side neighborhoods, make up the majority of the current student body. A number of recruitment strategies, such as direct mail and door-to-door campaigns, allow us to market to these families. Given the nature of our school design and local needs, we anticipate that each year, we may also draw students from contiguous school districts, including Whitehall, Gahanna Jefferson, Groveport-Madison, Reynoldsburg, and Westerville. The geographic boundary for student busing is the Columbus City Schools district boundary.
