GEOGRAPHICAL JURISDICTION. The Employer(s) recognize the Union as set out above in 2.01 (a) in the province of Ontario, to the south, the northern city limits of the City of Orillia; to the southwest, including the District of Parry Sound; to the east including the District of Muskoka, and for clarity, including that part of the province of Ontario which lies north of the Municipality of North Bay, including the Municipality of North Bay.
